We are looking for a creative and knowledgeable Intern in Design who is willing to join our Business Development Team and is able to convert creative briefs into visually appealing layouts, promoting and engaging stakeholders of the company. Role responsibilities:

  • Create appropriate graphic and animation styles for the company

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to carry out the day-to-day financial operational and compliance reporting requirements for the Company. The person appointed will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with the Company’s Chartered Accountants to ensure all compliance regulations are planned well in advance and carried out efficiently. We are seeking a range of experienced Mechanical Engineers with a strong passion for robotics who are highly motivated to learn new skills for developing the needed advanced exoskeleton systems. The relevance of the mechanical engineering experience to robotics, automotive, industrial automation, smart appliances needs to be demonstrated in the applications submitted. Some Freshers will also be recruited.

Successful applicants will become part of the Company’s Indian Engineering Team working closely with the other engineers located in India, UK and other countries in the long term. International standards and processes will be followed for all activities. The Indian team may be expected to align working hours with other collaborating partners’ office hours at certain times for maximising collaborations between the Indian-international teams via IT links. Some travel between the India-based and other country-based engineers may be expected and hence applicants should be willing to travel for carrying out dedicated activities.

Bachelors/Masters qualification in appropriate disciplines together with relevant industrial experience will be expected for the Engineer-Mechanical roles. The roles will also require wider knowledge and experience of engineering, design and technical management in robotics or areas close to robotics such as automotive, industrial automation, smart appliances, etc.

Role responsibilities for Mechanical Engineers

Mechanical Workshop Technician

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Workshop Technician to support the overall designing, testing, perfecting and maintaining machinery and equipment within the Company as it develops. The role will also involve supporting the engineering team for manufacturing of specialized mechanisms to realise the newly designed exoskeletons.

Job duties

To provide engineering staff with skilled mechanical workshop support for design and manufacture of components, support jigs and new equipment. Design and manufacture of different parts and tools to enable prototyping of specialised components in-house in an efficient manner. This may include design and manufacture of associated jigs, fixtures, clamps or moulds. Detailed tasks include:

  • Design, manufacture, repair, assemble and commissioning of rigs and equipment
  • Operation, maintenance of plant, equipment and machinery
  • Production of technical drawings
  • Identify improvements to manufacturing process and workflow
  • Providing advice in relation with component design, material selection and manufacturing, etc
  • Routine servicing of tools
  • Attend breakdowns, identify faults and problem solve
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to a high quality standards
  • Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
